These files contain instrument responses of the STsR-TSG system 
at Borovoye as AH format files in ASCII or in XDR binary.
 
Instrument responses are for the DISPLACEMENT, and the 
gain (final sensitivity) is given in counts/micron.

normaliztion: is the conventional constant "A0" which
make the poles & zeros response to a unity at the 
reference (normalization) frequency listed in
the AH header values extras:

extras[1] normalization frequency for A0
extras[2] normalization frequency for the gain constant.

Reponse file names indicate "Sation.System.Seismometer.Channel_name.asc""
such as:  BRV.TSG.KS.sZ07.asc
